Exchange or return of goods

If the product is of high quality, the buyer has the right to cancel the distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion.

To exercise their right of cancellation, the consumer must ensure that the products are kept in their original condition. If the device is damaged, destroyed, or destroyed for reasons beyond the customer's control, the customer may cancel the contract. If the value of the product has diminished following unpacking or verification of its functionality, this does not preclude the consumer from requesting a refund.

The product will not be returned if at least one of the following items is missing:
Complete equipment;
A purchase receipt from the WoodMart online store;
A warranty card;
A descriptor of the defect drawn up by the after-sales service.

Refunds for the goods will be made within the time limits stipulated by current legislation.
